With a clean install of Windows 7, you end up with these missing their drivers in Device Manager: - Biometric Coprocessor - Audio - Network (Intel WiFi) - Unknown - Unknown https://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/windows/en-US/d33bf1db-d7c6-4396-9b74-7a220c5e84d0/biometric-coprocessor?forum=w7itprohardware The ATI drivers still didn't show up on Windows Updates. running the two finger install as admin and then running it again, I now have this running. Thanks!!!!!Thank you for all of your help!!!

System Update 4 scanned my system and simply found updates to my existing software, and didn't offer extra junk or other miscellaneous files I remember older versions doing.

Thanks!!!!! Was going to try to point you to the most current driver on the Lenovo Site. Maybe you will have better luck. check over here I simply used their latest XP/Vista driver package together with Lenovo's Fingerprint Software and everything seems to work.

I've yet to use anything but the built-in speakers. Just install the update, reboot, and load up Control Panel and type "bio" to start the setup of Fingerprint login. Change them to 3.

I wonder why they don't show up when I checked under build 7077.

Do you know what may be a repairable action short of getting rid of the flashdrive. I didn't use bacon grease in the mold as it was once the custom, there are limits. or at least that is what it is saying when I go to undate the drive or reinstall it. On a T60 but I don't think this matters much.

It's great. I also suggest to disable the virtual scrolling in TouchPad properties because it interferes with TwoFingerScroll. I updated this on August 30th, 2009 with information on getting Windows 7 RTM (the final version) working on a ThinkPad T43.
