Join the community here. I have said...and will repeat, the latest catalyst drivers supply LESS performance than older ones, that's why I'm asking as to which older driver is best. Others in a separate thread on the 5.5's have reported well-documented 4 and 5 average FPS gains on their systems which is quite awesome - tanatamount to a hardware upgrade. There is no material that is knowingly illegal here.
