Once again, thank you for your help. You are bound to get many different opinions on the best driver, but in the end it is really in the eye of the beholder. I currently have the latest nvidia drivers, 77.81, loaded.
GeForce ForceWare and GeForce Exerience drivers are for NVIDIA Quadro and all GeForce based videocards. I have already attempted to install the drivers with Device Manager, automatic as well as manual, but the same BSOD happens. It also depends on what you want, better looking vs better performance and what games you play. Somehow it worked, and it does great now! If you want the whole archive of drivers, you can go here ftp://download.nvidia.com/Windows and experiment with them all you want. I have mostly stuck with Nvidia over the years but did bounce back and forth between AMD and NVidia.
